Monthly Five-Star Service™

We understand that in this business a trusted partner takes more than innovative and leading-edge chemistry.  We believe that it takes Extraordinary Service preformed by an Extraordinary Team.  And it all starts with an investment in people….people who are forward thinking and passionate about serving their customers.  Upholding a core value of our company, Customers are Our Top Priority, Washing Systems ensures that our customers are provided the most proactive service by the most skilled, professional Service Team assembled.

Washing Systems has built an impeccable reputation of Customer Service by utilizing our “Team” service approach.  Field service personnel and corporate technical specialists work hand-in-hand with our customers, executing Washing Systems’ Five-Star Service™, the most in-depth, comprehensive service program in the industry.

Our Five-Star Service incorporates monthly in-plant consultation, quality evaluations, wash-aisle training, production analyses and wastewater analyses by our field service personnel.  Our team of industry-dedicated professionals, together with our corporate technical specialists, develops customized wash and wastewater treatment programs that work best for each customer.  From plant to plant, we work individually with our customers, their personnel, and their specific equipment to develop and execute Best Practices for processing their goods.  We believe that in order to have a sustained impact and to constantly improve on wash aisle efficiencies, we need to be on site, working hand-in-hand with our customers.

Through Washing Systems’ advancements in plant production reporting, information management systems, and remote access, we maintain the critical component of in-plant service.  Our internet-based reporting system, AIM - Account Information Management, allows customers to review historical plant data, study utility trends, and compare information across plants via emailed reports.  Reports are set up for automatic email delivery so they will conveniently arrive in the customer’s inbox. Since individual customers have specific reporting needs, reports are customized and often new reports are created.  Reports such as utility usage, laundry and wastewater chemical usage, exceptions versus standards, titrations, effluent compliance, plus product inventory and forecasting information are a small sampling of AIM’s resources.

Washing Systems has been at the forefront of chemical dispensing system design and the creation of management information technology.  Our newest development, Wash-Eye™, is a real-time reporting and management tool that enables customers to monitor and improve productivity in the wash aisle.  The graphic display provides a clear view of all washers, including highlighting situations that are outside of plant-set standards.  At a glance, customers can interpret problems and immediately respond to mechanical and/or production-related issues.
