WSI has built a reputation of customer service that has become its trademark. Since 1989, WSI has grown to become the leading supplier of washing chemicals to the laundry processing industry through a team service approach. Our field service and corporate technical teams live this team concept. Today, our in-depth customer service, which is known throughout the industry as WSI’s Five Star Service, has been broadened to incorporate service offerings such as Wastewater Management and Account Information Management (AIM).

To detail, once a WSI associate goes through WSI’s structured recruiting process, he/she participates in a rigorous 12-week training course, concluded by final classroom and on-site examinations. Only after successfully completing this course and passing the final examinations does he/she become a certified Laundry Resource Manager (LRM). Only a certified LRM, equipped with WSI’s latest service-support tools, can service WSI customers. At WSI, these are the first steps in making customers our top priority.
