Each WSI liquid dispensing system is custom designed. A list of factors, including types of washers and washer controls, are combined to help determine the best design for each customer.
Unlike other systems, all chemicals injected into the washer are flow metered for accuracy and repeatability. A single, air-operated diaphragm pump delivers these chemicals.
System-generated management reports are easily accessed on site or remotely via the web. Nearly every customer utilizes these production management reports on a daily or weekly basis. Today, hundreds of the WSI dispensing systems are delivering WSI chemistry to hundreds of WSI customers.
