WSI has provided wastewater and water management consultation to the laundry industry since 1989. Several years ago, primarily through customer feedback, WSI recognized an industry need to improve the wastewater service area. WSI made the commitment to bring to wastewater the same in-depth approach to service being used successfully in the wash aisle.

Today, WSI provides products and services in wastewater chemicals, water reuse and water recycling. In looking at the total water management needs of the customer, WSI believes strongly that regularly scheduled service visits are critical to maintaining consistent compliance, providing opportunities to improve operations, and help to prevent chronic problems from occurring. Training, support and guidance for plant operators on wastewater treatment chemistry and troubleshooting is critical. As a result, for each customer, WSI incorporates a three-tier water management support team consisting of a Laundry Resource Manager, a Regional Wastewater Specialist, and a Corporate Wastewater Technician.
