TRUchem for tunnel washers
A tunnel moves goods through compartment after compartment, so delivery has to keep pace with the load. TRUchem Tunnel is a split system. The dispenser takes about the same footprint as the conventional unit and sits next to the tunnel, with a separate, larger pump stand. That split is what gives the tunnel faster delivery. The tunnel stand is 44" x 17" and needs a 44" x 24" footprint with room for hoses, cables, and working clearance. The system tracks up to 24 compartments, scales with a modular design that grows to eight dosing modules, and alarms and holds the tunnel if a delivery fails.

TRUchem for conventional washer-extractors
In a conventional wash aisle, one delivery system often serves many machines. TRUchem Conventional services up to 16 washers from a 42" x 17" stand, and it checks every formula before the load moves on. Plan for a 42" x 24" footprint to leave room for hoses, cables, and working clearance. Two TRUchem units fit in the space of one leading competitor's system. If a formula ends without every programmed chemical request, operators are alerted before the goods leave the washer.
