John Walroth, Chief Executive Officer

Since joining the company in 1994, John has held many positions within Washing Systems from Technical Sales Representative to his current position as the CEO.  In between, John gained valuable experience through roles as Field Division Manager, National Account Manager and eventually becoming the company’s Vice President of National Accounts.  John later guided the company’s continued expansion as Executive Vice President before being named company President.  John was named the company’s CEO in 2018.  He holds a Master’s Degree from Xavier University, and is married with three children.

Jonathan C. Dill, Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President

Prior to joining Washing Systems in 2016, Jon was the Executive Vice President for ProAmpac LLC, where he was instrumental in the completion and financial integration of 10+ acquisitions, the establishment of operations in China, Vietnam, and Cambodia, the expansion into Europe, and the recapitalization of the company with private equity.  Prior to ProAmpac, Jon spent 8 years at Chiquita Brands International in a variety of sales,and operational positions in Cincinnati, Los Angeles and Panama.  Jon also spent 3 years in corporate finance with BMO Capital Markets in Chicago and was President of a manufacturer in turnaround.  In 2007, Jon was awarded “CFO of the Year” by the Cincinnati Business Courier.  Residing in Cincinnati with his wife and three children, Jon serves in numerous business, community, and charitable organizations.  Jon received his BA in Political Science from DePauw University and his MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago.

 

Greg Brodrick, VP Operations and Supply Chain

Greg joined Washing Systems in 2003 and brought with him over thirty years of relevant market experience in the chemical industry. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati where he earned a degree in mechanical engineering, Greg oversees the operations of supply chain management, customer service, dispensing technology, and management information systems. His previous work experience includes Systecon Inc., Texo Corporation, and Dϋrr AG/Premier Manufacturing Support Services Inc. Greg is an active member of his community, where he volunteers his time in several organizations and is married with two children.

Roy Praechter, VP Research and Development

Roy joined the Company in 1990 and leads all Research and Development efforts and technical service. He has over thirty years of commercial laundry experience and is responsible for several groundbreaking innovations including, most recently, the Pure Solutions Line™ of completely NPE-Free chemistry and ClearPath™, a patented process which verifies hygienic cleanliness of textiles. Roy earned a degree from the University of Cincinnati and is married with two children.

Tony Fall, VP Field Operations

Tony has over 37 years of experience in the laundry industry in both the chemical field and in plant operations. He joined Washing Systems in 1995, and has previously worked with Fabrilife and Diversey with roles as a Laundry Resource Manager, Division Manager, and Group Vice President covering the Western United States and Canada. His present role as Vice President of Field Operations includes operations in North America and Europe. Tony attended Cypress College and served in the United States Navy with honors. Tony is married, has two grown children and four grandchildren.

Terry Shoreman, Executive Advisor

Terry has served as President of Washing Systems since joining the Company in 2003 and was promoted to CEO in 2017. In this capacity, Terry oversaw all Company operations. Additionally, Terry is leading the Company’s global expansion efforts. Terry previously worked as COO for the Unitog Corporation. A lifelong industry leader, Terry has served on numerous industry association boards and committees and has been immediately responsible for several key industry initiatives. Terry is married with three children and several grandchildren.
