Technical Sales Representative (Commercial Laundry) – Miami FL

Washing Systems, LLC (WSI), now part of the Kao family of companies, seeks a highly, self-motivated, Technical Sales Representative (TSR), to join our thriving team. WSI is the largest supplier of commercial laundry detergents in North America, and we provide high quality commercial laundry and chemical products to both uniform and linen rental companies. Working remotely and on client sites within your assigned territory, the TSR is responsible for providing technical solutions for plant operations, identifying, and executing sales opportunities through data analysis, and developing long-term working relationships with all levels of management in your customer base.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Engineering Specialist is a key member of the Engineering/Equipment Department with responsibilities, including, but not limited to, equipment activities, engineering projects, and providing expert technical guidance.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES AND TASKS:

Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows:

Fixture Design, Part Design, Documentation to include SOP’s and training.
Accurately document setup and production information and any deviations or adjustments made during processes.
Maintain detailed records for traceability and future reference.
Identify and resolve machine issues, including tool wear, programming or mechanical.
Installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
Machining parts to specifications, verifying and establishing proper QA for inventory supply
Consult with customers, vendors and field technicians to solve issues and/or make arrangements of resources required for a project
Assist Engineering/Manufacturing with additional day to day activities.

Research & Development Project Manager
